Keeley K. Hollingsworth
25, daughter of Berkeley and Patricia Ralston Hollingsworth, died Monday 7,20,2009
at her residence in Lexington following a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was a member of Crestwood Christian Church. Keeley graduated from Lexington Christian Academy in 2002 where she was the manager of the girls basketball team. She was fluent in sign language and was an active volunteer with such organizations as: Lexington Humane Society, Crestwood Youth Group, Senior Citizens, and Shriners Hospital for Children where she was awarded the Youth Volunteer of the Year Award.

She had a great love for children and found her greatest satisfaction and purpose working with children at Glendover Elementary School throughout the last several months of her life. She loved her pets, Fritz the cat and her dogs, Flip, her therapy dog and Stetson.

In addition to her parents, Keeley is survived by a brother, Ralston Hall (Embry Jacobs) Hollingsworth; and nephew, Winston Berkeley Hollingsworth, paternal grandmother, Mrs. L. Hall Hollingsworth; her aunts and uncles, Bryan (Anne Wheeler) Hollingsworth; Leigh (John A.) Bloomfield, all of Lexington; Dr. Craig L. (Andrea) Ralston, Knoxville, TN; Mrs. Michael T. (Ingrid) Moore, Middlesboro, KY, and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Henry Ralston, of Middlesboro, KY; and her paternal grandfather, L. Hall Hollingsworth, of Lexington. The family wishes to express a special thank you to her Hospice team of Sharmin, Jessica, Carmen and Dr. Salli Whisman.

Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Crestwood Christian Church with burial following in the Lexington Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5-8 PM Wednesday at Milward-Broadway.
