Lucy Jane Brumley, 78, of Greensburg passed away on May 5, 2015 at the Morning Breeze Nursing Home with all her family by her side. She was born on April 5, 1937 in Manchester, Kentucky the daughter of Frank and Stella Hollin. She was a graduate of Clay County High School. On April 23, 1955, she married Jarvis Lee Brumley. Lucy was a CNA for over 30 years.
Survivors include: Daughters-Pam Smith, Yvette (Woody) Jackson, and Kathy (Tom Werner) Sexton; Sons- Frankie (Karen) Brumley and Donald (Sandy) Brumley; Grandchildren: Josh Smith, Zeke Smith, Rebekah Smith, Chandra Turner, Skyla Brumley, Brandi Jackson, Ryan Jackson, Danielle Sexton, Kasey Sexton, Logan Brumley, Uriah Brumley, Tyce Brumley, and Creasey Brumley; 15 Great Grandhcildren; Sister- Mattie Hibbard; several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by: her Parents; Husband; Sister- Dorothy Grubb; Brothers- Caleb Hollin, Elbert Hollin, Wilburn Hollin, Nolan Hollin, Edward Hollin, and Jarvis Gilbert; Grandson- Kobe Brumley.
Funeral services will be held at the Gilliland Howe Funeral Home on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm-with a visitation one hour prior. A graveside service will be Friday, May 8, 2015, at 12:00 pm, at the Manchester Memorial Garden Cemetery, 400 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962.
