AMERICAN FORK - Willburn Eldredge Hoggard, 80, of 55 E. 100 S, American Fork, died Friday, Dec. 30, 1977 at American Fork Hospital.

Born April 9, 1897 in American Fork to Joseph Heber and Mary Ann Eldredge Hoggard, he married Violet Mann on July 11, 1924 in Blackfoot, Ida.

Mr. Hogard was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Oddfellows Lodge for 50 yars. He was a retired employee of Dugway Proving Grounds.

Survivors include his wife, one daughter and three sons, Mrs. Welma Williams, Phoenix, Ariz., Keith E. Hoggard, Monticello; Wesley G. Hoggard, Salt Lake City; and Willburn E. Hoggard, Jr., Blanding, 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Anderson and Sons Mortuary Chapel where friends may call Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the American Fork City Cemetery.
