Chesapeake - Anthony Quinton "Q" Hoggard, 25, went home to be with the Lord August 12, 2013. He was born in Portsmouth to the late Tony Lee Hoggard and Hope Williford Hoggard. Quinton was a 2006 graduate of Nansemond River High School where he enjoyed wrestling. He was a life-long member of Raleigh Heights Baptist Church where he served as the youngest deacon ever ordained. He also taught Youth Sunday School and was part of the Audio/Visual Ministry Team. He was a member of Chesapeake Pride, an International Drug-Free Youth Drama and Dance Team.
Left to cherish his memory is his Fiancé, Daniella Riddlehoover; Mother, Hope Hoggard Paquette and her husband, André; Sister, Becki and her husband, David Wilkerson, Jr.; nieces, Riley Elizabeth and Skylar Anne; Paternal Grandparents, Robert Lee and Faye Hoggard; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Raleigh Heights Baptist Church, 1000 Crowell Avenue, Chesapeake with Pastor Jim Thompson officiating. He will be laid to rest beside his father at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk. At the request of the family in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Raleigh Heights Baptist Church.
