Dorotha A. Baker
GREENSBURG - Dorotha A Baker, 72, of Fairington Court in Columbus, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 1992, at Bartholomew County Hospital.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Columbus.
Funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, with the Rev. Michael Hogg officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be at Union Presbyterian Cemetery in Decatur County.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Mrs. Baker was born Nov. 3, 1919, in Decatur County, the daughter of George and Viola Mae Belt Hogg.
She is survived by a companion, Norman Norcross of Columbus; a son, William Masters of Hillsboro, Ohio; daughters, Marjorie Gibson of St. Charles, Mo., Deloris Muir of Columbus, Carolyn McCorkle of Carthage, and Linda England of Greensburg; a brother, George Hogg of Greensburg; sisters, Florence Ashby of Indianapolis, Bonnie Kincaid of Advance, Hettie Jacobs of Greensburg, Velma Gray of Seymour, Lois Null of North Vernon; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter; a half brother, Paul Hogg Sr.; and a half sister, Vern McGee.
