Married to Henry F. "Harry" Hobson, son of Thomas and Martha Hobson.
Mrs. Jessie Hobson died last evening at her residence, corner Highland and Stanton Avenues, after a short illness of typhoid fever. The deceased was the wife of Harry Hobson, of Highland Park and was an estimable young woman. She was married only 10 months since. Her maiden name was Jessie Reed. She was well known and ranked high in social circles in the city. She was 24 years old. The funeral will be held on Sunday afternoon from the residence. The remains will be interred in the Homewood cemetery.

HOBSON-At the family residence, No. 806 North Highland avenue, East End, on Thursday evening, September 30, 1897, at 8 o'clock, Jessie Reid, wife of Harry P. Hobson, in her 24th year.
Funeral service on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
