Deceased Name: Ivor Jewel Hobby Havard

FOREST - Ivor Jewel Hobby Havard, 84, died Sunday, January 10, 2010, at Riley Memorial Hospital in Meridian, Miss. Visitation was Tuesday, January 12, 2010, from 4 p.m. to 4:50 p.m. with a memorial service at 5 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton. Officiating was the Rev. Ira Bradshaw. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Havard lived in Piketon, Miss., in Scott County for the past 43 years, moving from Bexley, Miss., and she was of the Jehovah Witness faith and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Forest. She loved to attend flea markets every weekend.
Mrs. Havard was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Havard Sr. in 1997; one son, Lennie Ray Havard; one grandson, Scotty Havard; and one great granddaughter, Cheyenne Havard.
Mrs. Havard is survived by five sons, John M. Havard Jr. of Little Rock, Miss., Ulhma Havard "Plook" of Forest, Randy Havard of Forest, Andy Havard of Forest, Mark Havard of Forest; special friends, Myrtis and Ira Bradshaw of Forest; adopted sister, Janie Lee Beech of Mobile, Ala.; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Honorary pallbearers were David Hitt, Roy Bell, Jeff Gentry, Kyle Havard, Dusty Havard, Derrick Havard, Chris Knowles, Ty Jankouski, Bobby Havard and Chad Havard.
