Mr. Dewey Paul Hill, age 82 of Nicholson died Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Hill was born in Franklin County to the late, Richard and Magalee Clark Hill. Mr. Hill retired from Ashland Oil and was a member of Nicholson Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his daughter; Nancy Roberts.

Mr. Hill is survived by his wife; Virginia Ann Reynolds Hill of Nicholson, sons; Danny and Mark Hill both of Nicholson, brothers; Dwayne, Claude, and Clinton Hill all of Carnesville, sister; Mildred McFarland of Carnesville, grandchildren; Greg and Dillon Hill, Patrick Roberts, Leigh Ann Linn, and Dee Dee Sanchez, great grandchildren; Gabe and Eli Hill, step grandchildren; Josh and Ross Burkhalter, and a number of step great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday, 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Stowers officiating with the interment following in Howington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 6-8PM.
