Physician. He attended the public schools of Chester County, Norristown's Tremont Academy, and the University of Pennsylvania from which he gradiuated in 1881. After medical school, he opened a practice in Roxborough, and later moved it to Conshohocken. He served three years as Assistant Surgeon in the Pennsylvania National Guard, two years as burgess of Conshohocken, as was a director of the Tradesmen's National Bank in Conshohocken. He was the husband of Mary Wilson.
