Evelyn Virginia Higgins Chaney, born 10/29/35, passed away on 04/10/11. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Chaney; sister: Carolyn Loftin (husband Royal); nephews and nieces: Richard Higgins, Jr.; Vicky Chaney; Teresa Scarpato (Joe); and Ronnie Loftin. She was preceded in death by her parents: Aetna and William T. Higgins; and brothers: William T. Higgins, III and Richard Higgins. A memorial service will be held at 10567 Veterans Memorial on Tues., 4/19/11 at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Houston National Cemetery.
