Elvia is survived by his loving spouse, Helen Bernice Mitcham Hibbard; children, Elvia Ray Hibbard, Jr. and wife Jeanette, Charles Edward Hibbard, Hoyet Manning Hibbard, Avalone Lee Lowe, Martha Hibbard, Jeannie Mae Baker and Audrey Pearl Knox and Bruce Pickering; brothers, Daniel Ray Hibbard and wife Debbie Hibbard, Robert Hibbard; Twenty-three grandchildren along with numerous loving great-grandchildren, family and friends.
