Hayes: Linda Lee Heywood Coates, 62, left her earthly home to enter her Heavenly home on May 17, 2010. Her beloved family was at her side. Linda was a lifelong resident of Gloucester, member of Union Baptist Church and a school bus driver for fourteen years for Gloucester County School System. She was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Linda's sweetness, gentleness and caring nature will live on in those who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Stanley Heywood, Sr.
She is survived by:

Daughter: Kandy Brown Grenier and husband Robert
Sons: Randy Brown and wife Becky
Don Coates and wife Krissy
Mother: Edna Setterholm Heywood
Grandchildren: Amber, Katrina, Jesse, Harley, Caleb and Dawson
Great-grandchildren: Brett and Tanner
Brother: Stanley Heywood, Jr.
Funeral services officiated by Reverend W. Donald Ambrose and Reverend Richard Whiteheart will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Union Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Gloucester Point Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. at Union Baptist Church.
