Evelyn R. Haynes, 85, of Laurel Center, Hamburg, passed away Monday at Laurel Center.
Born in Far Rockaway, Queens County, N.Y., Nov. 11, 1923, Evelyn was the daughter of the late George and Martha Ferris Hewlett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Jane McKenna. She is survived by another daughter, Janet E. Hall, Lake Wynonah; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstead, N.Y.
