D. CATHERINE HEUN, 82, Louisville, died Thursday at Jewish Hospital. She was the former Catherine Mattingly, a native of Leitchfield, Ky. Survivors: sons, Donald, Edward J. and Clement B. Heun; sisters, Helen Seger and Mary Godfrey; brothers, David and William Mattingly; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Private grave side service was held Saturday at St. Michael's Cemetery. Arrangements: Embry-Bosse, 2723 Preston Hwy. Memorial gifts: Mass of the Air. Buried, 9-01-2001, in St. Michael Cemetery, Louisville, Ky.
