Preceded in death by her husbands, George Jokiel in August 1950 and John Appelhans in September 1986.
Survived by two nephews, Herbert Wohlers and Walter Vollbrecht; one niece Lucile Surak, and many grand-nieces and nephews.
Memorial service to be held at Acacia Park Cemetery Chapel, 7800 West Irving Park Road, Chicago on Wednesday, June 13 at 2:00 p.m.
