STEVE HERRERA Born August 3, 1965. A life long resident of Santa Fe recently passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2010 of a sudden illness. Steve was a long time employee of Cartwright's Plumbing. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe A. Herrera; nephew John Najar; and his grandparents. He is survived by his daughter, Crystal White and granddaughter Gianna; mother, Gloria; siblings: Joe and Linda Herrera, Lupita and Manny Montoya, Rick Herrera, Ron and Cindy Herrera, Anthony Herrera, Lisa and Kenny Quintana; and sister-in-law Roseanna and Tino Gonzales. He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces and special friends Pat Lovato, Steve Gurule, Lawrence Garcia and Liz Montoya. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 6 p.m. where a rosary will follow at 7 p.m. at McGee Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 30, 2010, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be: Pat Lovato, Ricky T. Herrera, Andrew Montoya, Eric Herrera, Edward Herrera, Anthony Herrera, Steve Gurule and Joaquin Montano.
