Mrs. Barrera worked at Stone Container Corp., then worked as a cook in the Gatley's Peoples Store in Chicago's Roseland community for 20 years before she retired in 1982. Mrs. Barrera is also survived by two daughters, seven sons, , 22 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 34 great-great-grandchildren.
