Helen E. Campbell, 64, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, Md. She was the wife of Walter L. 'Bud' Campbell.
Born June 13, 1946, in Jarrettsville, Md., Helen was the daughter of the late Samuel Alton Herbert and Helen Corrine (Heaton) Herbert.
Helen graduated from North Harford High School class of 1966. She was formerly employed by High's Dairy Store in Jarrettsville, Md., for many years and loved being a homemaker and caring for her family. She also enjoyed bingo, flower gardening, and dancing - especially square dancing with her husband. Helen was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Pylesville, Md.
In addition to her husband of 40 years, she is survived by two sons, Jason A. and C. Samuel Campbell, both of Jarrettsville; three sisters, Bonnie Bandy and her husband, Harold of Glen Burnie, Md., Ruthanna Hipley and her husband, David of Jarrettsville, and Patricia Herbert of Jarrettsville. Helen is also survived by a sister-in-law and her husband, Ann and Ed Bullock of Nebraska; and a brother-in-law, Philip Kinhart of Jarrettsville; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, William A. Herbert and John R. "Dick" Herbert; and a sister, Joan C. Kinhart.
Interment will be in St. Paul United Methodist Cemetery, Pylesville, Md.
