Charlotte Jean Hensley Angstadt, 47, 924 1/2 E. Main St., died Monday at her home after a long illness.
She was born in Charlottesville, Va., spent most of her life in Muncie and attended Muncie schools.
Survivors include her daughter, Annette Marie Smith, Muncie; four sisters, Hazel Thomas, Muncie, Cathy Brown, Summertown, Tenn., Evelyn Burke, Muncie, and Betty Wright, Daleville; a brother, Charles Hensley, Decatur, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert H. and Helen V. Hensley, and a brother, Robert H. Hensley Jr.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Calling will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday and after 11 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.
