Last Services for Mrs. Fred Hensey at Manchester
Manchester, la., Oct. 31.—Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Hensey, a resident of this city for more than 30 years, were held at her late home on South Madison street Thursday afternoon, in charge of Rev. C. A. Nyde, pastor of the Presbyterian
church, and burial was made in Oakland cemetery here.
Mrs. Hensey's death occurred at her home here Tuesday following a brief illness of heart disease. Mrs. Hensey's maiden name waa Addle Coon, and she was born in Illinois Sept. 23, 1852, coming to Delaware county in 1885. She was married to Andrew Abbott in July, 1896, Mr. Abbott dying here in 1913. In 1916 she was united In marriage with Fred Hensey, who died in Manchester in 1925
Surviving Mrs. Hensey are two brothers, George A. Coon, Manchester, and H. J. Coon, near this city; and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Odell of this city and Mrs. Emma Moyle of Scales Mound, Ill.
