| Birth: | 1875 Warrens Monroe County Wisconsin, USA | | Death: | May 17, 1902 Brickton Mille Lacs County Minnesota, USA | Last Saturday afternoon Mrs. Ida Nokes, wife of Charles Albert Nokes, died at her home north of town after an illness of some time. She had suf- fered some time from tubercular hip disease and she became so ill that she was taken to the Northwestern hospital for treatment, but her disease had made such inroads into her whole system that there was no cure for her, and she was removed to her home where she died. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Princeton M. E. church, Rev. Gratz officiating. The interment was at Oak Knoll cemetery. Mrs. Nokes' maiden name was Ida Henschel. She was born in Warren, Wis., in 1875 and moved to Minnesota twelve years ago. Seven years ago she was married and leaves three little children mother- less. Her folks are all dead, with the exception of a brother, Louis Henschel who works at the brick yards, and a married sister, Mrs. Amel Lundgren who lives in the Germany settlement.
