Funeral services for Emily Blake, 90, were held at First United Methodist Church with the pastor, Rev. Gary Torian, officiating.
She lived most of her life in Olney before moving to Fort Worth in 1986. She came to Young County with her parents in 1908.
She and Ray Blake were married February 18, 1920, at her parent's home in the Ingleside Community.
She was a homemaker, a member of First United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include one son, Worth Blake of Fort Worth; two daughters, Norvelle Stateham and Rheadean Buckingham, both of Fort Worth; one sister, Jewel Bryan of Olney; one brother, Clint Hennig of Whitewright; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
