Suggested edit: Her death notice in the Free Press Standard, Carrollton, Ohio, Thursday, March 31, 1977.

A man and woman were killed and two children were injured, one seriously, in a one-vehicle accident on St. Rt. 164, about a mile and a half north of Amsterdam, at 7:50 p.m. Sunday. Kenneth Eugene Sivets, 29, of Rt. 2, Carrollton, the driver, and Mrs. Mary E. Dallison, 26, of 4th Street, Bergholz, a passenger, were dead on arrival at St. John Medical Center, Steubenville. Injured were Mrs. Dallison two sons, who were admitted to the Medical Center. William Dallison, 4, is in the intensive care unit with a skull fracture, concussion and pulmonary contusions, Charles Dallison, 8, suffered a fractured arm. State troopers said Sivets was driving south when his Jeep went off the left side of the highway, hit a tree, went over an embankment and overturned, coming to rest near a railroad track. All four occupants were thrown from the vehicle. Sivets, a native of Pontiac, Michigan, was a self-employed truck driver. Surviving are his parents, Raymond and Marvel (Ginsler) Sivets of Pontiac, and a brother, Larry Sivets of Bergholz. Services will be held at the Lovend Funeral Home in Pontiac at 11 a.m. Thursday. Local arrangements were in charge of the Blackburn Funeral Home in Bergholz.
Mrs. Mary Evelyn Hendrix Dallison, born in Canton, was an employee of Carlisle's Restaurant at Fort Steuben Mall, Steubenville. She was a member of Bergholz Church of Christ. Surviving are her father, Jack Hendrix of Germano; her mother, Mrs. John (June Warrington) Brown of Bergholz; two sons, Charles Richard and William Michael Dallison, both at home; three brothers, Russell Hendrix and John and Lee Brown, all of Bergholz; a sister, Jackie George of Bergholz, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Warrington of Rt. 1, Bergholz. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dallison, who was killed in 1974 in a traffic accident. Services were held Wednesday in the Blackburn Funeral home at Bergholz with Rev. Larry Iden officiating. Burial was in Bergholz Cemetery.
