Edith Hendrickson Dicken of Route # 1 Campbellsville, daughter of the late Lucian Hendrickson and Lena Harmon Hendrickson was born in Adair County, Kentucky, December 4, 1913. She died at 10:45 a.m., Wednesday June 14, at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she had been a patient for the past four weeks. She was 64 years of age. She had professed faith in Christ early in life and was a member of the Campbellsville Christian Church. She was employed by the Union Underwear Company for some twenty-two years before her retirement in 1975. She united in marriage to Jimmy Dicken February 5, 1935. He preceded her in death April 21, 1972. To this union one son and three daughters were born; Doris Jean Smith, of Campbellsville, James E. Dicken of Greensburg, Pauline Brown of Franklin Indiana, Linda Lou Spaw of Cincinnati Ohio. She is survived by twelve grandchildren; twop great-grandchildren, and one sister; Mary Wilson of Campbellsville. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. , Friday , June 16,at the Parrot & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by the Rev. Tom Forester and Rev. Gerald V. Stump. Burial was in the Brookside Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers were: J.D. Dicken
