Mildred E. Bachman, 78, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, Aug 11, at St. Agnes Hospital.
She was born Feb. 14, 1917, in Markesan, daughter of William and Lissie Pratt Hendricks.
She married August Bachman and worked as a beauty operator at various beauty salons in Fond du Lac.
She is survived by her children, Mary Ellen Bunker and her husband Richard of Santa Maria, Calif., and Floyd Am Gumz, Jr., of Oakfield; five grandchildren; a special niece, Christine M. Salzman; and many other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers.
