NATCHITOCHES - Memorial services for Artemas Ogilvie "Bubber" Hendrick Jr. will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis with the Rev. Conrad Edwards and Dr. Jolly Harper officiating.

Hendrick, 83, of Natchitoches died at 7 a.m. Saturday in Natchitoches Parish Hospital Long Term Care Unit.

He was a retired groceryman and a former employee of the Illinois Railroad Company. He was a U.S. Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille Mertz Hendrick of Natchitoches; and one brother, H.C. Henderick [sic Hendrick] of Shreveport.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
