Mrs. Catherine Hemphill Brazill, 68, Irwin RD 3, formerly of Swissvale, died Tuesday evening in her home after a long illness. She was born in McKees Rocks May 1, 1894,a daughter of the late William and Margaret Hemphill. She was a member of Immaculate Conception church of Irwin and American Legion Auxiliary a Swissvale. Surviving are her husband, Clarence Brazill; following children: Sister Agnes Vincent, Seton Hill; Clarence Jr., Lubbock Texas; Robert, Northside, Pittsburgh; Francis, Swissvale; Bernadine, St. Louis Missouri; seven grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Priscilla Cronin, Charles Hemphill and William Hemphill, all of McKees Rocks; Vincent, Youngstown, Ohio. Friends will be received in Joseph F. Ott Funeral Home, 504 Oak St., Irwin, 2-5 and 7-10 PM.
