Hemingway, one of the best known citizens of Red River County, aged 74 years, who died Monday evening at 10 o'clock, was held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the old Hemingway burying ground near the Albion ferry, Rev. Gantt of the Kanawha church officiating. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jap Carol of Albion, and four sons, A. B. Hemingway of Albion, G. L. Hemingway of Kanawha, S. B. Hemingway of Valliant, Oklahoma, and Jim Hemingway of West Texas.
