Betty Jane Hegan Albright, 84, of Blairsville, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008, at St. Andrew's Village, Indiana. The daughter of Harry E. and Elsie Miller Hegan, she was born June 30, 1924, in Unity Township, Westmoreland County. Mrs. Albright was a member of the First Baptist Church, Blairsville. She worked for Dr. Catalano and Dr. Williamson in Latrobe. Surviving are her daughter, Carol Kuhns and husband Marv, Blairsville; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry W. Albright, on Feb. 26, 1997; and two brothers, Charles "Roy" Hegan and Robert Hegan. There will be no visitation or funeral services. A graveside service was held at Blairsville Cemetery. The Shoemaker Funeral Home, Blairsville, was in charge of arrangements
