Anna 'Annie' HEFFERNEN(Sister Mary Anthony/Ann) received habit 12DEC1900 and professed vows 29MAY1902 with the Sisters of Mercy at Dubuque IA(Detroit MI Province).

She worked at Mercy Hospitals in Dubuque(1899: At Mother House in Dubuque & 1904) & Ft. Dodge Iowa where she died.

Father Richard Murphy(#058-4-7) of Clarion IA & Father Leo Heffernen(see#058-1-1) of Galena IL officiated at her funeral. She is buried at Mt. Olivet, Dubuque IA.

She was the daughter of Roger HEFFERNEN and Johanna LYNCH.
