Prominent Man of Froid Dies
A very sad event happened in the city of Froid when Albert Oliver Hedberg, one of the city's highly respected citizens, passed away as a result of influenza pneumonia.
Mr. Hedberg at the time of his death was 43 years of age. He came to Froid in the spring of 1916 and in that year established the Froid Telephone Exchange, which he has successfully operated up to the time of his death. He has also done much in building up and looking after rural lines in that section of the country.
The funeral services were held at 8 o'clock last Thursday morning, conducted by Rev. R.H. Evans of the Froid Congregational church. After the services the body was carried to the train by six pall-bearers composed of Masons and Odd Fellows, of which the departed was a member, and shipped to his old home at Atwater, Minnesota
