One thing I can remember about my mom was that she was beautiful inside and out, so caring and kind hearted she would share her all with whomever she met. She married my father in Washington, Georgia July 5, 1942 and they moved to Cleveland in 1943.

One of her most loved enjoyments was listening to Blues Guitarist and singer B.B. King. We grew up listening to the Blues which mom would play very often, but her favorite artist was B.B.King and everyone that knew her knew that he was her favorite. In her younger years she would often sing the blues even though she would be scolded for doing so since her father was against secular music in the home.
