Funeral services for Mr. Grady Haynes, 85, of West Monroe, LA will be 10:00 AM Monday, September 19, 2005, at Community Baptist Church in West Monroe. Officiating will be Rev. Danny McIlveene. Interment will be at Twins Cities Memorial Gardens Cemetery in West Monroe, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
Mr. Haynes was born on March 19, 1920, and passed away on September 17, 2005.
Mr. Haynes was a charter member of Community Baptist Church in West Monroe. He served in the U.S. Air Force, and was a retired electrical salesman for many years.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years Margaret Haynes; three sons James G. Haynes and wife Gail, John S. Haynes and wife Sue, and Jeffery D. Haynes and wife Sharon; brothers William Cecil Haynes, and Louis G. Haynes all of West Monroe; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Eric Powell, David Dickey, Johnny Dale Haynes, Jeffery David Haynes, Bill Brown, Randy Adams, Woodie Norris, and Henry Hanson.
Memorials may be made to Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, Med-Camps of LA, or the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM Monday at Community Baptist Church in West Monroe.
