Mildred Hayes Bee England, 83, of Idaho Falls, died March 10, 1997, at Idaho Falls Care Center of natural causes.
She was born Oct. 5, 1913, at Georgetown, Idaho, to Alma and Lottie Smart Hayes. She grew up and attended schools in Georgetown, where she graduated from high school in 1929.
On July 19, 1932, she married Arthur R. Bee at Soda Springs. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan, Utah, LDS Temple June 14, 1933. Her husband died Feb. 13, 1974. She married William England on March 29, 1975. He died in October 1983. During her lifetime, she lived in Grover, Wyo.; Idaho Falls, Georgetown and Montpelier in Idaho; Afton, Wyo.; and then moved back to Idaho Falls.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed doing temple work. She enjoyed being in the outdoors and her hobbies included boating, fishing, camping, cooking and crocheting. She made lots of afghans and doilies.
Survivors include her three sons, Laron A. Bee (wife, Mary Ann) of Bountiful, Utah, Martin LaDean Bee (wife, Clyta) of Kearns, Utah, and Arthur Ronald Bee (wife, Rita) of Riverside, Calif.; a brother, Glen Hayes of Pocatello; one sister, Grace Derricot of St. Anthony; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Weston; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Coltrin Colonial Mortuary, 2100 First St. in Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends at the mortuary Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday for one hour before the services. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
