ATKINSON - Virginia Atkinson, age 84 of Lawrenceville, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2007. Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, July 3, 2007 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. J. T. McMillian & Rev. Charles Dispain will officiate. Burial Collins Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceville.
Mrs. Atkinson worked for Genesco Shoe Co, retired from Scientific Atlanta after 21 years of service and was a member of East Side Baptist Church.
She is survived by: Sons & Daughters-in-law: Rondel & Lola Atkinson, Lawrenceville; Mickey & Grace Atkinson, Dunwoody; Brother: Ollie V. Hayes, Lawrenceville; Grandchildren: Tim Atkinson & Heather Atkinson; Great Grandchildren: Jacob Atkinson & Madison Hamby; Several Nieces & Nephews.
