John Hayberger, 76, aged Latimore township lumberman was admitted in the Harrisburg Hospital suffering with burns which he sustained when he fell against a hot cook stove. The accident occurred at his home near Latimore. Mr. Hayberger lives alone and is thought to have had a dizzy spell while standing beside the stove. He is said to have been seriously burned about the waist and over his stomach. He was removed to the home of his daughter, Mrs. James Brandt of Mechanicsburg and later taken to the Harrisburg Hospital.
