Ada M. Hawkins, 81, of Leon, retired Methodist Youthville of Newton houseparent, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 1994, Augusta Medical Complex. Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hillside Funeral Home in Augusta. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 15, 1912, in Seneca, Mo., the daughter of Claude E. Morgan and Nancy Craig. She and Lee Hawkins were married in Wichita. He died March 3, 1965.
Survivors include: son, Robert Dean of Denver; daughters, JoAnne Watson of Leon, Mary Underwood of Denver; brother, Wondel Morgan of Diamond, Mo.; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are to the Senior Center of Leon.
