Pan Am Stewardess Hawkins is one of five killed when a Lockheed C-130E Hercules (64-0505) crash-landed at Guam-Andersen Air Force Base. There were three survivors. She was flying as a passenger (invited guest). Her father, Donald T. Hawkins, was retired from the Air Force.
