Clarence Hawkins, 74, of Concordia, died Sunday, December 4, 2011, at home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 8, 2011, at Concordia Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer.

Visitation will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Concordia.

Born November 13, 1937, in Braymer, he was the son of the late Harry Wesley Hawkins and Mamie Irene Clevenger Hawkins.

On May 29, 1960, he married Delila Faye McGuire who preceded him in death on December 29, 2008.

He had lived in Concordia since 1977, moving from Higginsville, and retired from Marshall Habilitation Center.

He was a member of Concordia Baptist Church.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Irene Voyles and Mable Sutton.

Survivors include two daughters, nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, of Urbana; and several nieces and nephews.
