W/O Walter F. Harvey
Mrs. Genie Harvey, wife of Mr. W. F. Harvey, died in her home, corner of Thirteenth avenue and Seventeenth Street, East Highlands, at 10:00 o'clock Monday night, after an illness of about one week.
She was about thirty-one years old. Besides her husband, she is survived by her little daughters, Helen and Gladys, nine and six yeears old; four brothers, Mr. Ed Stephenson, of Florida; Mr. E. W. Stephenson, of Pensacola, Fla.; Messrs. Chester and Jas. L. Stephenson, of Columbus; two sisters, Mrs J. A. Montgomery, of Gantt, Ala. and Mrs. Kirby Post of Columbus.
Her friends, whom she numbered by her acquaintaintances, will be deeply grieved to learn of her untimely death.
This is a double affliction upon her husband and relatives, as he had just buried her little babe Monday afternoon.
Mrs. Harvey was a member of East HIghlands M. E. church.
The funeral will take place from the home at 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. The Service will be conducted by Rev. J. N. Peacock, he having been telegraphed to return home for that purpose.
The interment will be at Riverdale cemetery.
