WOMAN SUICIDED
Mrs. Evelyn Spence Shot herself Friday evening. Was Despondent.

She was married a month ago to Oliver Spence, who left her the day
following their marriage, and at the time of her death was in Nebraska.
She was the daughter of the late William Harvey, a painter and paper
hanger, well known here, and the family had made this county their home
for many years. The funeral was held Tuesday morning.

Evelyn is buried in the Highland Cemetery under the name of Emaline Spence.
