Marjorie (Hartwell) Balise, of 26 South Street, Hartford, passed away on Tuesday (September 14, 2010) at Hartford Hospital.
Born in Hartford on December 8, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Silas "John" and Stella (Smith) Hartwell.
Marjorie leaves her lovely daughter Angela Balise, and a precious granddaughter Amber Balise; two brothers, Charles Hartwell and his wife Nancy of Harwinton, Robert Hartwell of Umatilla, FL; two sisters, Brenda Curtis and Ramona Hartwell, both of Hartford; and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held on Monday (September 20, 2010) at 1:00 p.m. at South Green Memorial Home, 43 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
Her family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. prior to the services at the Funeral Home.
