The funeral of George Eugene HARTEL, New York Central railroad detective, will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon from No. 24 Girton place. The honorary bearers will be officials of the New York Central who will come from New York to attend the services. The active bearers will be John B. DeLANEY, A. YAECKEL, B. IRELAND, Frank HULBERT, Charles PEASE and Fred WERNER.
The body will be placed in a vault at Riverside cemetery and will remain there until spring, when it will be taken to Woodlawn cemetery, Canandaigua, for burial.
