Mrs. Malissie Barto Miller, 89, formerly of 343 W. Suttenfield, died at 6:05 p.m. yesterday at a local nursing home where she had been a patient three years.

Mrs. Miller lived here with her daughter, Mrs. Nettie Maxwell, five years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Dingman, Fort Wayne; one brother, Theodore Burton, California; nine grandchildren; 28 great-granchildren; and two great-great-granchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, the Rev. O. Gene Smith officiating. Friends may call at he funeral home after 7 p.m. today.

Burial will be in the Monroeville IOOF Cemetery.
