Patsy L. Adkison, 55, died Thursday at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was the former owner and operator of Pioneer Restaurant in Decatur for 20 years, retiring in 1993. Surviving are her mother, Maebelle J. Hart of Monroeville; two sons, Donald E. and Jack L., both of Decatur; four daughters, Sally K. Suman of Pennville, Penny L. Pettigrew of Hamilton, Ohio, Elizabeth A. Adkison and Jeannie M. Adkison, both of Decatur; a stepdaughter, Virginia L. Elkins of Columbia City; four brothers, Max L. Hart of Columbia City, Robert E. Hart of California, John R. Hart of Monroeville and William S. Hart of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; a sister, Diane Gerardot of Monroeville; seven grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zwick-Sefton & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur. Calling from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Burial in Monroeville Memorial Cemetery, Monroeville. Memorials to the family.
