John Robert Hart of 909 13th Ave. W., a resident of Calgary for the past 18 years, died Wednesday morning at the age of 67.
Mr. Hart was born in Lancashire, England and came to Vancouver in 1910 where he lived until moving to Blackfalds, Alberta in 1917 before coming to Calgary.
He was employed by the bridge and building department of the CNR for more than 30 years until his retirement in 1953.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth; two daughters, Mrs. E.A. (Gladys) Olive and Mrs. W.G. (Mary) Foster, both of Calgary; two grandchildren; four brothers, Edgar, Sam, Thomas and Will, all of Vancouver and one sister, Mrs. Mary Lee of Australia.
