DENVER, Colo.-G. Opal Hart, 83, a native of Skidmore, died Saturday.
Born Nov. 21, 1899, she was the daughter of James Elmer and Rachel Hart. She had worked for the federal government 24 years ago and left this area in 1942. She retired 17 years ago and moved to Denver.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Denver and a former member of the Skidmore Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors are two brothers, Johnnie Hart, Maryville, and Francis Hart, Camdenton; a niece; three nephews; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Skidmore.
