Thomas Dean Hart, 51, of Route 2, Sikeston, died on Saturday, April 22, at the Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
He was born on April 16, 1938, in Lilbourn, the son of Amos and Ora Mae Perrigan Hart, who survive.
A horse trainer, he formerly worked as a foreman for the Inland Shoe Company at Advance. He was a member of the Sikeston Eagles, and a member of the ARK-MO Cutting Horse Association and the Eastern Missouri Cutting Horse Association.
Other survivors include: A friend, Dorothy Thompson; two daughters, Tammie Goodson and Tina Tropf; one stepson, Rick Gregg; one stepdaughter, Diane Durham; four brothers, Harold Hart, Richard Hart, Mitchell Hart and Butch Hart; and six grandchildren.
Visitation and services were held at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. Rev. Duke Tolbert of the First Baptist Church in Dexter officiated.
Burial followed in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
