Samuel S. Harris, aged about 60 years, died Tuesday night at 12 o’clock at his home on South Grant avenue after a three week’s illness from a complication of diseases. The remains were taken to New Ross Wednesday where the funeral occurred Thursday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment at Union. Mr. Harris leaves two daughter and three sons to mourn his loss. He was a good old gentleman and his death is one to be regretted.
