Mrs. Jennie Lenora Hall. 81, a resident of 128 Council St., died Friday at 8:15 a m. in City Memorial Hospital. She had been in declining health seven years and critically ill the past two weeks. She was born Aug. 6, 1884. in High Point, a daughter of Gabriel P. and Nora Davis Harris, and had made her home in this community for 61 years She was a member of Macedonia Methodist Church, near Eldorado In 1902 she was married to William E. Hall who died June 30, 1927. She is survived by four sons: Fred, Bruce, Glenn and Bill Hall, all of Thomasville; three daughters, Miss Margaret Hall of the home, Mrs. Clifton (Verda) Bailey of Thomasville and Mrs B. M. (Clara) Betts of St. Paul Minn.; sister, Mrs. R. A. Henderson of Statesville; two half - sisters, Mrs. Jettie Russell of Rt. 3, Denton, and Mrs. J. D. Turner of Kannapolis; one half-brother, C. P. Harris of Ogden, Utah; 18 grandchildren; and several . , great grandchildren. Funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p rn from Macedonia Methodist Church on the Cedar Methodist Church by Rev Odell Hall and Rev. M. C. Ellerbe. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will remain at Siler Funeral Home until placed in the church 30 minutes before the service. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 until 9 p m. today.
